About

Here’s what you need to know about Heidi Di Santo….

Australian based Heidi Di Santo is a pioneer in the emotional fitness field offering a common sense approach to mental health. For over 20 years, she has been helping people to truly heal by addressing the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms.

Heidi is author of three books: Ignite Your Potential; Lose Size and Energize; and I Should Be Happy But I’m Not.

Heidi has worked for over 20 years as a Psychotherapist – Counsellor.

She has also trained Counsellors, Psychologists and other Therapists in Resource Therapy, a life changing modality that quickly identifies traumatized and conflicted parts and helps them back to normality. Heidi was personally trained by Dr Gordon Emmerson, the founder of Resource Therapy.

She created ‘The Emotional Fitness Gym’. The gym operated for 8 years and was a unique online membership platform that offered weekly lessons to help people be proactive with their mental health and turn their life around.

These days Heidi is semi-retired and works with people who want to leverage her valuable knowledge, skills and experience to radically improve their life.

Throughout her career Heidi has worked with all forms of media (radio, print and TV). She has been a regular on Channel 7’s Sunrise, Radio 3AW, Radio 2UE and written a monthly column for OH! Magazine.

She helped an Australian record number of people to quit smoking on World No Tobacco Day when she teamed up with Alex Perry and Nicabate for the ‘celebrate the little wins‘ campaign.

Prior to doing this work, Heidi travelled the world working as a Motivational Speaker.

She originally started her working life in Accounting and Finance.
